Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Pettit National Ice Center, Milwaukee,  taking place on 19/09/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Telford de Vigny (8(6) - 0) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Dominic McClory(3 - 0 - 2) from Memphis, USA.  Both de Vigny and McClory weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Theo Gwenn, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Prichard, Rex Applegarth and Michael Yeamans.  

Round 1: 

de Vigny is looking to close the distance.  de Vigny sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a firm left uppercut to McClory's liver.  
de Vigny lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
de Vigny lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  de Vigny holds on to his opponent.  de Vigny pushes his forearm into McClory's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns de Vigny.  
de Vigny walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  de Vigny lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  de Vigny holds on to his opponent.  de Vigny leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
de Vigny lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
de Vigny steps inside and connects with a left hook.  
de Vigny strikes his opponents body with a firm cross.  
de Vigny closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  de Vigny holds on to his opponent.  de Vigny uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on McClory's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
de Vigny closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  McClory quickly recovers. 
de Vigny pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
de Vigny manouvers McClory into the corner.  de Vigny lands a right uppercut.  
de Vigny gets on the inside and connects with a stinging left hook.  
de Vigny hits home with a stinging right hook.  
de Vigny lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
de Vigny pivots from in front of his opponent.  de Vigny lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  de Vigny clinches his opponent.  de Vigny is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
de Vigny lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
de Vigny attempts to land a left hook, but McClory blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
de Vigny is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

de Vigny steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
de Vigny lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  McClory almost instantly gets his legs back. 
de Vigny lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

McClory throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
de Vigny steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
de Vigny is on target with a forceful right hook.  MCCLORY IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT MCCLORY IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is de Vigny!
