George Winchell vs Phil Balmer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Madison Event Center, Phoenix,  taking place on 06/09/2034:

Clearly AI USA-Arizona have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Arizona Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are George Winchell (13 - 11(1) - 3) who hails from Surprise, USA and Phil Balmer(16 - 11 - 2) from Tucson, USA.  Both Winchell and Balmer weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil Casiano, and the three ringside judges are Dave Brodrick, Louis Lurie and Sid Stirton.
