Obaid Kasuri vs Syed Mohamad

Boxing Daily Report from the Batabaire Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Selim, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Kasuri (1 - 4 - 1) who hails from Zaria, Nigeria and Syed Mohamad(2 - 17(1) - 5) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Kasuri weighed in at 175 pounds, while Mohamad weighed in at 174 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Ezenwaka, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Sasooli, Haaris Rahmani and Irfan Abboud.  

Round 1: 

Kasuri connects with a left uppercut.  
Kasuri tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a jab, but Mohamad dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Mohamad is looking to close the distance.  Kasuri connects with a left hook.  
Kasuri tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with an overhand right.  
Mohamad gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Kasuri in the red corner.  Mohamad connects with a right hook.

Kasuri sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Kasuri gets on the inside.  Mohamad lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mohamad gets on the inside.  Kasuri wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Mohamad has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Mohamad walks his opponent into the corner.  Mohamad pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Kasuri's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mohamad dabs at his face checking for damage.
