John Quigg vs Nicandro Baros

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 23/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Quigg (13(6) - 1) who hails from Saskatoon, Canada and Nicandro Baros(10 - 4 - 2) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Quigg weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces, while Baros weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Verrier Luna, Olier Paradis and Michael Oliver.  

Round 1: 

Quigg advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Quigg ties up his opponent.  Quigg leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Quigg's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Quigg closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Quigg digs in a right hook to Baros's ribs.  Quigg holds on to his opponent.  Quigg leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

It looks like Baros has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
