Isamu Tsutsui vs Isamu Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Kei Kurokawa Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 28/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isamu Tsutsui (9 - 12 - 2) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Isamu Okabe(9 - 12 - 13) from Sapporo, Japan.  Tsutsui weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Okabe weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Takamoto, and the three ringside judges are Aki Mizuno, Satoshi Nishikawa and Yoshi Ige.
