Ibrahim Jaffer vs Voshon Sarkodee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Sammy Rahman Gym, Tamale,  taking place on 25/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ibrahim Jaffer (2 - 19(2) - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Voshon Sarkodee(6 - 18 - 3) from Tamale, Ghana.  Jaffer weighed in at 168 pounds, while Sarkodee weighed in at 167 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Makalo Donkor, and the three ringside judges are Rich Burja, Gazi Satter and Robert Eck.  

Round 1: 

Jaffer is on target with a left uppercut.  
Sarkodee manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Jaffer drives a left hook into Sarkodee's liver.  
Sarkodee steps inside.  Jaffer lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Sarkodee connects with a right hook.  
Jaffer attempts to land a left uppercut, but Sarkodee sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Jaffer throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Sarkodee's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jaffer's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Sarkodee's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Sarkodee's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
