Deshi Tay vs Hui-chao Tsay

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Fuzhou Gymnasium, Fuzhou,  taking place on 11/09/2034:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Fujian Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Deshi Tay (10(6) - 0) who hails from Quanzhou, China and Hui-chao Tsay(10 - 6 - 4) from Xiamen, China.  Both Tay and Tsay weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gao Louie, and the three ringside judges are Manchu Hy, Genjo Tin and HuiK'o Gan.  

Round 1: 

Tsay advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but Tay clinches his opponent.  Tay tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tsay behind the head. The ref breaks Tay's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tay pivots to the right of his opponent.  Tay lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Tay clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Tay pushes his forearm into Tsay's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tay.  
Tay pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tay hits home with a right hook.  Tay ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Tay's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tay pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Tay manouvers Tsay into a neutral corner.  Tay connects with a right uppercut.  
Tay feints a left, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Tay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a stinging right hook.  
Tay is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Tay drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Tay holds on to his opponent.  Tay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tay pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Tay hits home with a right uppercut.  
Tsay tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Tay advances into close range.  Tay pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Tay pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Tay cuts off the ring, trapping Tsay in the corner.  Tay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Tay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Tay steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Tsay accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Tay.  
Tay lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Tsay throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Tay ties up his opponent.  Tay tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tsay's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tay about fouling.  
Tay hits home with a left uppercut.  
Tay finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Tay advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Tay ties up his opponent.  Tay leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tay lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Tay lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Tay lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Tay closes the distance and is on target with a firm right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tsay's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Tsay's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Tay lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Tay lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Tay senses Tsay is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Tay lands a cross followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Tay!
