Ratib Sahiri vs El Bachir Mednas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Chaouia-Ouardigha promoted show at Settat Ufarte, Settat,  taking place on 19/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Morocco-Chaouia-Ouardigha Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SNRT, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ratib Sahiri (14(8) - 0) who hails from Settat, Morocco and El Bachir Mednas(14 - 8(1) - 8) from Khouribga, Morocco.  Sahiri weighed in at 199 pounds And 11 ounces, while Mednas weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Baz Benabderrassoul, and the three ringside judges are Zaky Hachuel, Jubair Elaouzari and Jabalah Hilale.

Sahiri pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a firm cross into his opponents body.  
Sahiri is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Sahiri is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Sahiri walks Mednas onto the ropes.  Sahiri connects with a stinging left hook.  
Sahiri is on target with a jab.  
Sahiri closes the distance.  Sahiri pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Mednas tries to land a jab, but Sahiri blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sahiri gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sahiri feints a jab, and then digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mednas steps inside.  Sahiri pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Mednas quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mednas's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Sahiri closes the distance.  Sahiri pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Mednas quickly recovers. 
Mednas throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Sahiri pivots to the left of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Sahiri advances into close range.  Sahiri pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a sharp left hook.  
Sahiri lands a sharp right hook.  
Mednas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Sahiri lands a left hook.  
Sahiri cuts off the ring, trapping Mednas in a corner.  Sahiri lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Sahiri pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS MEDNAS SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Sahiri pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a sharp right hook to Mednas's body.  Mednas now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Sahiri lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Sahiri connects with a solid right hook.  
Sahiri pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Sahiri is looking to close the distance and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Sahiri gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Sahiri lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Sahiri pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sahiri pivots from in front of his opponent.  Mednas connects with a left uppercut.  
Mednas gets on the inside.  Sahiri drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Sahiri steps inside and SLAMS a CRUSHING left hook into his opponents face.  MEDNAS HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.

Sahiri advances into close range.  Sahiri pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Sahiri is on target with a firm left hook.  
Sahiri hits home with a sharp cross.  
Sahiri connects with a MASSIVE cross.  MEDNAS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!
