Beltran Napoleon vs Diego Mingo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kpegah Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Domantay, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 19/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Beltran Napoleon (19(1) - 1) who hails from Taytay, Philippines and Diego Mingo(24(1) - 4) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Both Napoleon and Mingo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cris Merida, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Pansoy, David Makalintal and Carlos Dimanlig.
