Leeroy Chidongo vs Dembe Handila

Boxing Daily Report from the Daduryan Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Syadanga, Lusaka,  taking place on 08/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Chidongo (11 - 10(2) - 3) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Dembe Handila(15(1) - 9(3) - 1(NC)) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Chidongo weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Handila weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibeamaka Urbano, and the three ringside judges are Makalo Mwala, Ben Chiputa and Nuru Siampisani.

Handila closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Handila is on target with a right uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Handila.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
