Rob Kennedy vs Brandon Monaghan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Leinster Hall, Dundalk,  taking place on 08/08/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Kennedy (10 - 13(1) - 3) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Brandon Monaghan(17 - 24(1) - 7) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Kennedy weighed in at 115 pounds, while Monaghan weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul MacKenna, and the three ringside judges are Dean Napier, Joshua McColl and Rory Finnegan.

Kennedy wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Monaghan.  That has caused a slight cut above the right eye.  .
