Connor Crary vs Xebec Diaby

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 30/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Connor Crary (5(2) - 0) who hails from Tempe, USA and Xebec Diaby(21 - 13(5) - 5) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Crary and Diaby weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Barro, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Lesley, John Dickie and Abdul Ozer.  

Round 1: 

Crary steps inside and throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Crary clinches his opponent.  Crary is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Crary to stop fouling.  
Crary is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Crary lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Crary clinches his opponent.  Crary leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Crary is on target with a left uppercut.  Crary ties up his opponent.  Crary leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Crary's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Crary manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Crary lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Crary quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Diaby pivots to the left of his opponent.  Crary lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Crary forces Diaby to retreat onto the ropes.  Crary lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Crary lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Crary lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Crary steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Crary lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Crary ties up his opponent.  Crary leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Diaby throws a left hook, but Crary holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Diaby pushes his forearm into Crary's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Diaby to stop fouling.  
Crary connects with a right hook.  
Crary gets on the inside.  Crary quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Crary lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Crary drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Crary advances into close range and connects with a left uppercut.  
Crary manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Crary hits home with a cross.  
Crary lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Diaby almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Crary digs in a sharp right hook to Diaby's body.  
Crary is on target with a right hook.  
Crary hits home with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Diaby's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Diaby's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Crary steps inside.  Diaby attempts to land a right uppercut, but Crary sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Crary connects with a solid right hook.  
Crary steps inside.  Crary pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Crary drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Crary lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Diaby now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Crary walks Diaby down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Crary lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Crary lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Diaby recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Crary digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  As Diaby tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Crary dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Diaby tries to land a left hook, but Crary slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Crary digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  Crary clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Crary sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a mean right uppercut.  DIABY IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Crary could be enough to finish Diaby!  Crary DETONATES a big left hook on his opponents face.  DIABY IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  He doesnt look in good shape though! Diaby is still on wobbly legs as the ref signals that the fight is over.  The winner by TKO is Crary!
