Lazar Smolnikov vs Afon Melnikoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Lupyan Promotions promoted show at Luka Stasova Gym, Taganrog,  taking place on 02/08/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lazar Smolnikov (11 - 13(1) - 1) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Afon Melnikoff(12 - 18 - 3) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Both Smolnikov and Melnikoff weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pyotr Lampeev, and the three ringside judges are Sergei Tarasov, Aleksandr Baroyev and Evgeny Bure.
