Kyo Hamamoto vs Hiroki Kawano

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Mikio Hirai Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 28/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kyo Hamamoto (8 - 12 - 5) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Hiroki Kawano(12 - 22(2) - 1) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Hamamoto and Kawano weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Ida, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Ozawa, Takeo Imada and Dai Oye.

Hamamoto hits home with a cross.

Kawano closes the distance.  Hamamoto lands a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hamamoto dabs at his face checking for damage.
