Tariq Farooq vs Waqar Qasim

Boxing Daily Report from the Boye Promotions promoted show at Mashhad Burki, Mashhad,  taking place on 25/07/2034:

Clearly Boye Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Farooq (17(4) - 5(1)) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Waqar Qasim(16 - 22 - 5) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Farooq and Qasim weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Arif, and the three ringside judges are Khalid Nasser, Tariq Baig and Syed Rajput.
