Ben Corghi vs William Young

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Malcolm Duffy Gym, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 18/07/2034:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Corghi (6 - 12 - 3) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and William Young(6 - 20 - 2) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Corghi weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces, while Young weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Culp, and the three ringside judges are Michael Puller, Giorgio Lombardo and James Westwood.  

Round 1: 

Corghi steps inside.  Corghi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Young is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Young digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.

Young manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Young attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Corghi time to recover.

At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Corghi's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Young's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
