Shinji Kato vs Kyo Takamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Ariake Arena, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/08/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shinji Kato (27(3) - 11(4)) who hails from Funabashi, Japan and Kyo Takamoto(34(6) - 3(2) - 1) from Fukuyama, Japan.  Both Kato and Takamoto weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Morita, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Kaya, Fumio Nakazawa and Satoru Takayama.
