Zach Gray vs Duncan Riddle

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia Top Academy promoted show at Melbourne Fedorovtsev, Melbourne,  taking place on 10/07/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zach Gray (14(4) - 1) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Duncan Riddle(2 - 5(1) - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Gray and Riddle weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Givan, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Neilson, Sam Luckie and Hugh Collins.  

Round 1: 

Gray quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gray lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Gray ties up his opponent.  Gray is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gray is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Gray is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Gray lands a left hook.  
Gray pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Riddle tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Riddle is looking to keep his distance.  Gray lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Gray closes the distance.  Gray pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Gray steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Riddle pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gray hits home with a stinging cross.  
Gray is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Riddle on the ropes.  Gray drives a solid right hook into Riddle's body.  
Gray is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Gray lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Gray pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a firm right uppercut into Riddle's ribs.  
Gray switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Gray gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Gray clinches his opponent.  Gray leans on his opponent using all his weight. Gray is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Gray's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gray lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gray steps inside and walks Riddle down, trapping him on the ropes.  Gray lands a right hook.  
Gray pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Gray tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Gray is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Gray throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Gray steps inside.  Gray pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Gray lands a left hook to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the head.  
Gray tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Riddle steps away from his opponent.  Gray hits home with a firm overhand left.  
Gray sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Gray lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Gray walks Riddle onto the ropes.  Gray hits home with a left uppercut.  
Gray is on target with a solid left hook.  
Gray pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Gray is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Gray switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head, AND DROPS RIDDLE TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Riddle's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Riddle's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Riddle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Riddle's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Gray lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Riddle attempts to land a cross, but Gray slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Gray steps inside.  Gray pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Riddle tries to step out of his opponents range.  Gray drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.  
Riddle is on target with a right hook.  Riddle tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gray switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Gray gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS RIDDLE DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Gray!
