Joel Malcomb vs Davie Burnett

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 08/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joel Malcomb (24(6) - 8(3) - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Davie Burnett(24 - 9 - 4) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Malcomb and Burnett weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Sproule, and the three ringside judges are Chris Heretini, Matthew Chisholm and Oliver Ngarongomate.
