Naeem Acquaah vs Vuyisile Patosi

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 06/07/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naeem Acquaah (16 - 9(2) - 5) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Vuyisile VP Patosi(19 - 15(1) - 2) from Soweto, South Africa.  Acquaah weighed in at 168 pounds, while Patosi weighed in at 167 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Thomas Kotze, and the three ringside judges are Roos Van der Linde, Dave Luteka and Jake Fwakulu.  

Round 1: 

Patosi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.

Patosi gets on the inside.  Patosi tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Patosi steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Patosi is looking to close the distance and forces Acquaah to back into the ropes.  Patosi pivots to the right of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Patosi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Patosi walks Acquaah onto the ropes.  Patosi pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a cross.
