Garen Mauriac vs Fraser Whittum

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 22/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Garen Mauriac (13(9) - 0) who hails from Villeurbanne, France and Fraser Whittum(10 - 15(2) - 4) from Hamilton, Canada.  Mauriac weighed in at 112 pounds, while Whittum weighed in at 111 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Erec Adore, and the three ringside judges are Henry Popkin, Olier Paradis and Michael Oliver.

Mauriac tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a solid jab.  
Whittum sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mauriac lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mauriac is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Mauriac lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Whittum almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Whittum attempts to land a jab, but Mauriac slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Whittum's ribs.
