Darragh MacKay vs Evgeny Mirzazade

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Madison Square Garden, New York City,  taking place on 04/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Darragh MacKay (28(19) - 1(1)) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Evgeny Mirzazade(16(15) - 3) from Namangan, Uzbekistan.  Both MacKay and Mirzazade weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Ronald, and the three ringside judges are Colin Starratt, Lee King and Enzo Chiti.  

Round 1: 

Mirzazade steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Mirzazade advances into close range and slams a mean right uppercut into MacKay's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MACKAY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  MacKay quickly recovers. 
Mirzazade tries to land a left hook, but MacKay blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Mirzazade manages to force MacKay into a corner.  Mirzazade attempts to land a right hook, but MacKay parries the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Mirzazade lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mirzazade throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.

Mirzazade is looking to close the distance.  MacKay knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  MacKay lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND MIRZAZADE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Mirzazade now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
MacKay is looking to keep his distance.  Mirzazade tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Mirzazade throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Mirzazade steps inside and manages to force MacKay onto the ropes.  Mirzazade lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS MACKAY!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  MacKay almost instantly recovers.
