Akira Ishimoto vs Shin Shiroma

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Hikaru Anno Gym, Akashi,  taking place on 28/06/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akira Ishimoto (2 - 8 - 1) who hails from Nishinomiya, Japan and Shin Shiroma(15 - 14(1) - 5) from Himeji, Japan.  Ishimoto weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Shiroma weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoshi Abe, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Mae, Hisao Furuta and Michi Morita.  

Round 1: 

Ishimoto tries to land a cross, but Shiroma sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Ishimoto is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Ishimoto closes the distance.  Ishimoto wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shiroma dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ishimoto digs in a right hook to Shiroma's ribs.  
Ishimoto tries to step out of his opponents range.  Shiroma feints a cross, tricking Ishimoto into throwing a cross counter.  Shiroma is waiting for the shot and counters with a left hook.
