Hugh Southerland vs Wayne Courau

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at ECW Arena, Philadelphia,  taking place on 26/06/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Southerland (17(13) - 0) who hails from Rochester, USA and Wayne Courau(23 - 18(4) - 3) from Seattle, USA.  Southerland weighed in at 146 pounds And 4 ounces, while Courau weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Doig, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Hind, Rich Orne and Declan Forbes.  

Round 1: 

Southerland lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Southerland closes the distance.  Courau attempts to land a right hook, but Southerland sidesteps and counters with a spiteful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE COURAU WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Courau almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Courau tries to land a left hook, but Southerland blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Southerland cuts off the ring, trapping Courau in the corner.  Southerland lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Southerland pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Southerland lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Courau quickly recovers.

Southerland lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Southerland holds on to his opponent.  Courau throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Southerland forces Courau to retreat into the corner.  Southerland quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Courau lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Southerland sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Courau dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Southerland lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Courau is on target with a left hook to Southerland's body.  Courau throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Southerland closes the distance and digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.

Courau is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a cross.  Courau throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Courau is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Southerland lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Courau recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Southerland gets on the inside.  Courau sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Southerland lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Southerland sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Courau throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Courau lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Southerland is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Southerland connects with a left hook.
