Boxing Daily Report from the AI Armenia-Shirak promoted show at Gyumri Kakussian, Gyumri,  taking place on 17/06/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Armenia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Armenia TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Drtad Pandjarjyan (17(15) - 3(1)) who hails from Yerevan, Armenia and Hovsep Mahakian(11 - 1 - 1) from Gyumri, Armenia.  Both Pandjarjyan and Mahakian weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vanagan Oganian, and the three ringside judges are Simeon Takhtajian, Yezr Palaian and Mntsur Igitian.

Mahakian pivots to the right of his opponent.  Mahakian tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

He then lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES MAHAKIAN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Mahakian now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
