Aaron Phaup vs Ian Herring

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Andrew promoted show at David Hannay Gym, New Kingston,  taking place on 13/06/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Jamaica Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aaron Phaup (6 - 6 - 1) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Ian Herring(7 - 12(1) - 5) from Portmore, Jamaica.  Phaup weighed in at 104 pounds and 14 ounces, while Herring weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Leith, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Law, Sam Richie and Nathan Law.  

Round 1: 

Phaup sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with an overhand left.
