Mike Dobbie vs Arran Abbott

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 02/06/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mike Dobbie (2 - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Arran Abbott(2 - 1) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Dobbie and Abbott weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Keath, and the three ringside judges are Bart McWethy, Mark Smith and Owen Saunders.  

Round 1: 

Dobbie advances into close range.  Dobbie pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Dobbie connects with a right hook.  
Abbott pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dobbie connects with a cross.  Dobbie attempts to land a cross, but Abbott blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Dobbie gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Dobbie pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Dobbie pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Abbott is looking to keep his distance.  Dobbie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Dobbie hits the target with a solid jab.  
Dobbie gets on the inside.  Dobbie pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  
Abbott pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dobbie finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Dobbie advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Abbott throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Dobbie time to recover.  
Abbott steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Dobbie closes the distance.  Abbott pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dobbie lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.
