Eric MacNeal vs Danny De Vita

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 02/06/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Eric MacNeal (2 - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Danny De Vita(0 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both MacNeal and De Vita weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bart McWethy, and the three ringside judges are Mark Smith, Charles Keath and Owen Saunders.  

Round 1: 

MacNeal cuts off the ring, trapping De Vita on the ropes.  MacNeal throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  MacNeal holds on to his opponent.  MacNeal pushes his forearm into De Vita's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns MacNeal.  
MacNeal sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  MacNeal digs in a left hook to De Vita's liver.  MacNeal ties up his opponent.  MacNeal throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures MacNeal about fouling.  
MacNeal is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  De Vita attempts to land a left hook, but MacNeal blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
MacNeal hits home with a left hook.  
MacNeal steps inside.  MacNeal sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  De Vita throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
MacNeal drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
MacNeal feints a jab, and then digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

MacNeal advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
