Quin Paniagua vs David Nash

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Convention Center, Albuquerque,  taking place on 21/05/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Quin Paniagua (2(1) - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and David Nash(7 - 7 - 3) from Omaha, USA.  Both Paniagua and Nash weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Maddix, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Saah, Rob Guerrero and Kris Lorimer.  

Round 1: 

Paniagua advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Paniagua lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Paniagua ties up his opponent.  Paniagua uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Nash behind the head. 
Paniagua finds the target with a jab.  
Paniagua steps inside.  Nash throws a right hook, but Paniagua clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Paniagua pushes his forearm into Nash's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Paniagua to stop fouling.  
Paniagua is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES NASH!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Nash recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Paniagua lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Paniagua clinches his opponent.  Paniagua is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Paniagua's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Nash throws a right hook, but Paniagua clinches his opponent.  Paniagua leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Paniagua's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Paniagua throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Paniagua holds on to his opponent.  Paniagua leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Paniagua lands a left hook.  
Paniagua gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Paniagua digs in a right hook to Nash's body.

Nash walks Paniagua onto the ropes.  Paniagua lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Paniagua drives a right hook into Nash's ribcage.  Paniagua clinches his opponent.  Paniagua is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Paniagua advances into close range.  Nash goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Paniagua time to recover.  
Paniagua drives a left hook into Nash's body.  
Paniagua drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Paniagua is on target with a right hook.  
Nash closes the distance and forces Paniagua to retreat into a corner.  Paniagua lands a left hook.  Paniagua holds on to his opponent.  Paniagua leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Paniagua's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Nash quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Paniagua lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Paniagua lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Paniagua wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Nash has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Paniagua closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Paniagua lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Paniagua gets on the inside and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Paniagua throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Round 2: 

Nash is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nash dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Nash gets on the inside.  Paniagua lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Nash is looking to close the distance.  Paniagua is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Paniagua steps inside.  Paniagua sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Paniagua advances into close range and is on target with a stinging left hook to Nash's body.  
Paniagua lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Paniagua closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Paniagua advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Paniagua lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Paniagua steps inside.  Paniagua pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nash steps inside.  Paniagua is on target with a solid right hook to Nash's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE NASH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Nash almost instantly recovers. 
Paniagua sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Nash throws a right uppercut, but Paniagua holds on to his opponent.  Paniagua throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Paniagua is on target with a stinging cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Nash's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Nash's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Paniagua manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Paniagua lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Paniagua ties up his opponent.  Paniagua leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Paniagua lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Paniagua lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Nash closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but Paniagua holds on to his opponent.  Paniagua is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Paniagua's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Some sustained pressure from Paniagua could be enough to finish Nash!  Paniagua crashes a big left uppercut to his opponents body.  NASH IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Paniagua hits home with a solid right uppercut.  Nash now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
