Joaquin Espinal vs Santiago Mejia

Boxing Daily Report from the Monare Promotions promoted show at Managua Mateos, Managua,  taking place on 28/05/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Managua Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Espinal (13 - 6 - 1) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Santiago Mejia(15 - 10(2) - 2) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Espinal weighed in at 140 pounds, while Mejia weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Zorrilla, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Quintero, Gabriel Morejon and Franco Charo.
