Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 05/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Lights Out Blair (50(45) - 2(1)) who hails from Oakland, USA and Iago Poveda(15(3) - 16(6) - 1) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Blair and Poveda weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dillon Downey, and the three ringside judges are David Madoc, William Shawn and James Keay.  

Round 1: 

Blair lands a stiff jab.  
Blair is on target with a stinging cross.  
Blair sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a solid jab.  
Blair is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Blair switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Blair senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Poveda and just needs the right shot.  Blair lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS POVEDA!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Blair!
