Chevy Mekongo vs Dior Ovono

Boxing Daily Report from the Mulia Promotions promoted show at Maroua Mbamba, Maroua,  taking place on 19/05/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chevy Mekongo (22 - 6) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Dior Ovono(14 - 5 - 1) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Mekongo weighed in at 239 pounds and 9 ounces, while Ovono weighed in at 261 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Landry de Portzamparc, and the three ringside judges are Neville Oliver, Fabron Ndumu and Ives Ahidjo.
