Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Manchester Velodrome, Manchester,  taking place on 24/05/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Central England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Prodigy Alec East (24(11) - 5(2)) who hails from Derby, UK and Wayne Mairs(7(2) - 4(1)) from Sheffield, UK.  Both East and Mairs weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deri Hare, and the three ringside judges are Shaun Halliburton, Thomas MacGregor and Mike Sconce.
