Sennett Platini vs Julien Turcat

Boxing Daily Report from the Anang Promotions promoted show at Paris Roussel, Paris,  taking place on 26/04/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France-Ile-de-France Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sennett Platini (13 - 6(3) - 1) who hails from Paris, France and Julien Turcat(29(19) - 14(11)) from Saint-Denis, France.  Both Platini and Turcat weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Verdun Estell, and the three ringside judges are Fernand de Laclos, Delano Sarraute and James Dujardin.  

Round 1: 

Turcat closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Turcat lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Turcat advances into close range and drives a firm right hook into Platini's ribs.  Turcat ties up his opponent.  Turcat pushes his forearm into Platini's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Turcat about fouling.  
Turcat walks his opponent into a corner.  Turcat lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Turcat clinches his opponent.  Turcat is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Turcat steps inside and tries to land a left hook, but Platini parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Platini tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to his opponents body.  
Turcat gets on the inside.  Turcat sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Platini's body.  
Turcat digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Turcat lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Platini lands an overhand right.  Platini tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Turcat steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Turcat walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Turcat lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  Turcat clinches his opponent.  Turcat leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Turcat uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Platini behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Turcat lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Turcat sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Turcat lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Turcat drives a left hook into Platini's body.  
Turcat steps inside and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Turcat is on target with a left hook.  
Platini throws a left hook, but Turcat holds on to his opponent.  Turcat is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Turcat lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body, AND PLATINI IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Some sustained pressure from Turcat could be enough to finish Platini!  Turcat drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  PLATINI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Platini now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Turcat lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Turcat drives a right hook into Platini's body.  
Turcat is on target with a solid right hook to Platini's body.  PLATINI IS HURT!  Turcat ties up his opponent.  Turcat hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Platini almost instantly recovers. 
Turcat drives a solid right hook into Platini's ribs.  
Turcat is on target with a left uppercut to Platini's ribs.  Turcat clinches his opponent.  Turcat is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Turcat connects with a stinging right uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Turcat dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Turcat digs in a sharp left hook to Platini's body.  
Turcat lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Platini recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Turcat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Platini's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Turcat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Turcat lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Turcat lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Turcat clinches his opponent.  Turcat leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Turcat to stop holding.  
Platini attempts to land a jab, but Turcat blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Turcat lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Platini quickly recovers. 
Turcat lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Turcat slams a hurtful right hook into his opponents body.  PLATINI WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Platini almost instantly recovers. 
Turcat lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Turcat lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Turcat forces Platini to retreat into the corner.  Turcat drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  PLATINI WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Turcat knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Turcat lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS PLATINI!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Platini has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Turcat lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES PLATINI!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Turcat!
