Darryl Gilkeson vs Phil Taite

Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Vancouver Stackpoole, Vancouver,  taking place on 20/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Darryl Gilkeson (21 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Phil Taite(15 - 5 - 2) from Vancouver, Canada.  Gilkeson weighed in at 225 pounds and 7 ounces, while Taite weighed in at 230 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Trott, and the three ringside judges are Connor Blakely, Paul Low and Connor Blakely.  

Round 1: 

Taite hits home with a cross.
