Taras Tkachuk vs Vanko Rafalko

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngoma Promotions promoted show at Mogilev Markowski, Mogilev,  taking place on 21/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Belarus-East Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taras Tkachuk (13(12) - 0) who hails from Gomel, Belarus and Vanko Rafalko(28 - 1 - 1) from Vitebsk, Belarus.  Tkachuk weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces, while Rafalko weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fadei Karlik, and the three ringside judges are Fedir Kohut, Faddei Buda and Petro Ostrovsky.
