Malcolm Carnegie vs Imran Semaan

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Barclays Center, New York City,  taking place on 16/04/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm The Storm Carnegie (19(9) - 0) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Imran Semaan(26(1) - 6(2)) from Karaj, Iran.  Both Carnegie and Semaan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sagaz Blas, and the three ringside judges are Mark Protheroe, Enzo Manso and Stuart Vert.  

Round 1: 

Carnegie is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Semaan throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Carnegie clinches his opponent.  Semaan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Carnegie's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Carnegie lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Carnegie gets on the inside.  Semaan throws a left uppercut, but Carnegie ties up his opponent.  Semaan pushes his forearm into Carnegie's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Semaan.  
Semaan steps to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Carnegie lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Carnegie sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Carnegie snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  Carnegie throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Carnegie steps inside.  Semaan is on target with a left uppercut to Carnegie's body.  
Carnegie closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Carnegie gets on the inside and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribs.  Carnegie holds on to his opponent.  Carnegie leans on his opponent using all his weight. Carnegie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Carnegie about fouling.  
Semaan drives a right uppercut into Carnegie's body.  Carnegie holds on to his opponent.  Carnegie uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Semaan's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Carnegie about fouling.

Carnegie knows Semaan is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Carnegie lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body, AND DOWN GOES SEMAAN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Carnegie lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SEMAAN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Semaan steps to the outside.  Carnegie lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Carnegie is on target with a nasty right uppercut.  SEMAAN IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Carnegie!
