Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Kahangi, Kisumu,  taking place on 03/04/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kisumu Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Zaman (11(10) - 0 - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Polo Chemabwai(6 - 10(2)) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Zaman and Chemabwai weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Macgoye, and the three ringside judges are Peter Kirui, Mick Mutu and Kendis Rimbui.

Zaman gets on the inside.  Chemabwai throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Zaman advances into close range and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Zaman tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  
Zaman is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Chemabwai is on target with a left hook to Zaman's body.  
Zaman steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Zaman lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND CHEMABWAI IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Zaman is looking to close the distance.  Zaman senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Zaman lands a cross, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES CHEMABWAI!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Zaman!
