Jose Rayon vs Gordon Chalmers

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 15/04/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Rayon (25(22) - 1 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Ecatepec, Mexico and The Scot Gordon Chalmers(24(19) - 4(4)) from Dundee, UK.  Both Rayon and Chalmers weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Paris Clarin, Sid Leys and Briant Sarraute.  

Round 1:

Chalmers lands a cross.  Chalmers attempts to land a jab, but Rayon sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Rayon advances into close range.  Chalmers is on target with a left hook to Rayon's body.  
Chalmers steps to the outside.  Rayon lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Rayon throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Chalmers is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rayon sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Chalmers throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a HUGE left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE CHALMERS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Rayon senses Chalmers is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Rayon lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS CHALMERS TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Chalmers now seems to have got his legs back.
