Adelino Gerber vs Diederich Kuhr

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Saxony-Anhalt promoted show at Halle Meese, Halle,  taking place on 31/03/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany-Saxony-Anhalt Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adelino Gerber (11(8) - 1) who hails from Halle, Germany and Diederich Kuhr(8 - 14(2) - 4) from Halle, Germany.  Both Gerber and Kuhr weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corrado Heidbreder, and the three ringside judges are Erhard Gielow, Arness Gehrig and Arness Gehrig.  

Round 1: 

Gerber lands a hard jab.  
Gerber drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  Kuhr wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gerber dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gerber sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kuhr attempts to land a cross, but Gerber sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Gerber advances into close range.  Gerber quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Gerber lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kuhr steps away from his opponent.  Gerber feints a right, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Gerber quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Kuhr is looking to keep his distance.  Gerber lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Gerber lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Gerber lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Gerber closes the distance and lands a firm right hook.  
Gerber sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Gerber hits home with a solid cross.  
Gerber lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Kuhr recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Gerber advances into close range.  Gerber pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Gerber is on target with a solid left hook.  
Gerber walks his opponent into a corner.  Gerber quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kuhr's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Kuhr's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Kuhr's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Gerber lands with a solid jab.  
Gerber advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Gerber steps inside.  Gerber pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Kuhr quickly recovers. 
Gerber lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Gerber is on target with a SAVAGE right hook.  KUHR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  

Gerber leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Kuhr attempts to land a cross, but Gerber slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gerber steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He then lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Gerber is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Gerber connects with a FEROCIOUS right hook.  KUHR IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Kuhr now seems to have his senses back.  
Kuhr is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Gerber is on target with a sharp cross.  
Gerber lands a hard jab.  
Kuhr steps to the outside and attempts to land an overhand right, but Gerber blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gerber steps inside and connects with a left hook.  
Kuhr tries to keep the action at long range.  Gerber lands a jab.  
Gerber advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Kuhr quickly recovers. 
Gerber lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Gerber lands a cross, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  
Gerber is looking to close the distance.  Kuhr quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gerber lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KUHR IS DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Gerber!
