Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at AAMI Park, Melbourne,  taking place on 18/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Main Event, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Koldan Cherkasov (43(27) - 8(4)) who hails from Novosibirsk, Russia and Sukhinder Tandon(26(11) - 19(14)) from Lucknow, India.  Both Cherkasov and Tandon weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Mahtesyan, and the three ringside judges are Gus Mow, Blake Lapshin and Steven Malas.  

Round 1: 

Cherkasov backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Tandon is whaling away with hooks, but Cherkasov keeps his defence tight.

He continues the combination and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES TANDON!  He manages to get up at 9.  Tandon now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Cherkasov lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Cherkasov tries to land a jab, but Tandon blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cherkasov senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Cherkasov lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND TANDON IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Cherkasov!
