John Gurganus vs Durand Gilis

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 11/05/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Long John Gurganus (29(22) - 2(1)) who hails from Markham, Canada and Durand Gilis(22 - 18(10) - 1) from The Hague, Netherlands.  Gurganus weighed in at 168 pounds, while Gilis weighed in at 167 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Dowe, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Hutchison, Cade Queneau and John Short.

Gurganus lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS GILIS TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  
Gurganus lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, DROPPING GILIS TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Gilis is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Gurganus!
