Irfan Nahas vs Mohsin Hikmat

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Haaris Nabih Gym, Al Ain,  taking place on 08/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Irfan Nahas (4 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Mohsin Hikmat(12 - 8 - 2) from Al Ain, UAE.  Both Nahas and Hikmat weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Bey, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Salaam, Syed Atiq and Aftab Nicoy.  

Round 1: 

Nahas steps to the outside and lands a cross.  Nahas attempts to land a jab, but Hikmat blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Nahas's ribcage.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Nahas.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
