Stephen Lowder vs Tobias Kinion

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Waikato promoted show at Mike Lovitt Gym, Hamilton,  taking place on 01/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Waikato Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stephen Lowder (8 - 9 - 4) who hails from Hamilton, New Zealand and Tobias Kinion(11(2) - 4) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Both Lowder and Kinion weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Carse, and the three ringside judges are George Irihapete, Dale Bransfield and Wayne Skillen.  

Round 1: 

Lowder tries to step out of his opponents range.  Lowder quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Kinion lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Kinion hits home with a left uppercut.  Kinion throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Kinion cuts off the ring, trapping Lowder in a corner.  Kinion hits home with a firm left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Lowder.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Kinion lands a left hook.  Kinion clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Lowder pushes his forearm into Kinion's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
