Juan Leon vs Savio De Vita

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Ohio Stadium, Columbus,  taking place on 01/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Leon (32(26) - 2) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Savio De Vita(15 - 2) from Reggio Emilia, Italy.  Both Leon and De Vita weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Strassman, and the three ringside judges are Mark Cato, Wayne Cleary and Colin Ploch.

De Vita throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
De Vita advances into close range and attempts to land a right hook, but Leon parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Leon lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
De Vita closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...De Vita's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  De Vita's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

De Vita is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns De Vita to stop fouling.  
Leon is on target with a MASSIVE cross.  DE VITA IS HURT!  De Vita almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Leon lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Leon steps away from his opponent and is on target with an overhand right.  
Leon lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Leon hits home with a solid cross.  
De Vita forces Leon to back into the ropes.  Leon drives a right hook into his opponents body.
