Iskender Balik vs Cem Segem

Boxing Daily Report from the Jumbo Promotions promoted show at Ankara Erdinc, Ankara,  taking place on 14/02/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Turkey-Ankara Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iskender Balik (25 - 15(1) - 3) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Cem Segem(12 - 23 - 5) from Ankara, Turkey.  Both Balik and Segem weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ahmet Akagunduz, and the three ringside judges are Mehmet Halefoglu, Engin Saygisunar and Aydin Usak.  

Round 1: 

Segem is on target with a left hook to Balik's body.  
Balik hits home with a left hook.  
Balik pivots to the left of his opponent.  Segem hits home with a left uppercut.  
Segem manages to force Balik into the red corner.  Balik is on target with a left hook.  
Segem throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Segem ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Segem pushes his forearm into Balik's face.  The ref breaks Segem's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Balik lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Segem uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Balik's kidney. Balik hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee warns Balik and breaks the clinch.  
Balik throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Segem time to recover.
