Xeres Prieto vs Santiago Resendiz

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Estadio Oscar Ramos Cabieses, Lima,  taking place on 04/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Peru Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xeres Prieto (23(10) - 2(1)) who hails from Arequipa, Peru and Santiago Resendiz(17(6) - 10(2)) from Chiclayo, Peru.  Both Prieto and Resendiz weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Canchola, and the three ringside judges are Jax Amaro, Xaver Armando and Saturnin Caraballo.
