Alejandro Gardon vs Vicente Castelo

Boxing Daily Report from the Bawuah Promotions promoted show at Chipancingo Artiles, Chipancingo,  taking place on 28/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Gardon (19 - 12(1) - 1) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Vicente Castelo(5 - 2) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Both Gardon and Castelo weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Verduzco, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Sancho, Fidel Molina and Santiago Verduzco.  

Round 1: 

Castelo steps inside.  Gardon pivots to the right of his opponent.  Castelo throws a left hook, but Gardon holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Gardon pushes his forearm into Castelo's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gardon about fouling.
