Federico Cepero vs Isidro Banda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Castilla y Leon promoted show at Burgos Morena, Burgos,  taking place on 11/01/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain-Castilla y Leon Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Federico Cepero (22(2) - 6(1) - 1(NC)) who hails from Burgos, Spain and Isidro Banda(20 - 3 - 7) from Salamanca, Spain.  Cepero weighed in at 147 pounds, while Banda weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Banda came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Diego Mellado, and the three ringside judges are Paco Moros, Beltran Solar and Xabat Zaragoza.
