Alejandro Mesa vs Guido Marcos

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Estadio Campeón del Siglo, Montevideo,  taking place on 19/02/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Uruguay Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Real Americano Alejandro Mesa (37(21) - 6(4) - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Guido Marcos(18(4) - 7(2)) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Mesa and Marcos weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ximen Bermudes, and the three ringside judges are Ximen Mantilla, Neron Archibeque and Elias Isabella.  

Round 1: 

Mesa lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Marcos tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Mesa sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Mesa advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Mesa lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Mesa tries to land a left hook, but Marcos blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
